It's made in navy recycled wool-blend twill, and the neck flap and earflaps are lined with a cozy pile of recycled polyester. The flaps can be tied up or down depending on the weather conditions. The crown is unlined and neatly finished with taped seams and a sweatband. NJCO felt letter patches in white on the forehead.
